Who I am

This website and Novera Coaching are operated by Ben Henry, an independent coach and facilitator based in Bristol, UK. For questions about this policy or your personal information, email ben@benjhenry.com.

Information I may collect

I may collect information you choose to provide when you email me, arrange an introductory conversation or work with me. This can include your name, contact details, organisation, appointment details, correspondence, invoices and information relevant to the coaching or facilitation service.

The website and its hosting provider may also record limited technical information, such as your IP address, browser type and pages visited, for security and reliable operation.

How I use your information

I process information where it is necessary to take steps at your request or fulfil our agreement, to meet a legal obligation, or for legitimate interests such as responding to enquiries and running the business responsibly. Where consent is the appropriate basis, you can withdraw it at any time.

Who may receive your information

I may use trusted providers for website hosting, email, appointment scheduling, video calls, accounting and other essential administration. They may process information only to provide those services. I may also disclose information where required by law or to professional advisers where necessary.

Some providers may process information outside the UK. Where this happens, I take reasonable steps to ensure an appropriate legal safeguard is in place.

How long I keep it

I keep information only for as long as it is reasonably needed. Enquiries that do not lead to work will normally be deleted within 12 months. Contracts, invoices and related business records may be kept for up to six years for legal, tax and accounting purposes. Coaching notes and other working records are kept only while needed for the service, professional standards or a legitimate legal reason, and are reviewed regularly.

Cookies and links

This website may use cookies that are necessary for security and basic operation. If non-essential analytics or marketing cookies are introduced, the site will ask for consent where required and this policy will be updated.

The website links to external services, including appointment booking, LinkedIn and Instagram. Those services operate under their own privacy policies, and I am not responsible for how they handle information after you leave this website.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct or erase your information; restrict or object to its use; receive a portable copy; or withdraw consent. To exercise a right, email ben@benjhenry.com. I may need to verify your identity first.
